Changing or Canceling an Order ❌

We process orders quickly—often within hours of being placed! Because of this, we’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been submitted. Please double-check all items, sizes, and shipping details before completing checkout.

How to Start a Return 📦

To begin a return:

  • Log into your Minikin Mischief customer account.
  • Find the order with the item(s) you’d like to return.
  • Click the “Request Return” button and follow the prompts.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable).

All returns must be authorized before shipping your item(s) back.

Return Conditions ✅

To qualify for return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Original tags must be attached (if applicable)
  • Returned in the original packaging within the return window

Approved returns are processed as store credit via digital gift card sent to your order email.

Shipping & Fees 🚚

A $6.95 return processing fee will be deducted from your store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Items Not Eligible for Return 🚫

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry or hair accessories
  • Swimwear or undergarments
  • Final Sale items or discounted styles ending in .99
  • Graphic tees, sweatshirts, or made-to-order items
  • Costumes, tutus, or holiday-themed apparel after the holiday
  • Clearance items or purchases under $10
  • Returns not postmarked within the allowed return window

If an ineligible item is returned, it will not be refunded or sent back to you.

Return Window 🕒

We accept returns within the following timeframes:

  • Clothing & Accessories: Within 14 days of delivery
  • Seasonal or sale items: Within 7 days of delivery

Defective or Incorrect Items 🧵

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery at help@minikinmischief.com. Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Damage from washing, improper care, or sizing issues does not qualify as defective.

Exchanges 🔁

Because of limited inventory and high demand, we don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or color:

  • Submit a return for the unwanted item
  • Place a new order for the item you’d like

Lost, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages 📭

Orders marked “Delivered” by USPS or UPS are considered delivered. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed. If a package is refused or undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply.

💡 Tip: Add Route Package Protection at checkout for peace of mind with lost or damaged packages.

Wrong Address Disclaimer 🚫

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply. Address changes aren’t guaranteed once the order is submitted, but if you contact us quickly at help@minikinmischief.com, we’ll do our best to assist before it ships.
