Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Youโll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (like product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offerย free standard shipping on all orders:
- Standard Shipping (3โ7 business days)

Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the best rate and delivery speed for your location.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, youโll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrierโs website.
Issues with Delivery
If your package is marked as delivered but you havenโt received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Wait 24 hours in case it was delivered early
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
