Are all products in stock?

Yes! Everything displayed on our site is ready to ship unless a size is marked as sold out.

 

Can I change my order after placing it?

We ship orders quickly—often within hours—so we’re unable to make changes once an order is submitted. Please double-check your cart before completing checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard USPS delivery typically takes 2–6 business days.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Choose Rush Shipping at checkout:

  • Shipped via USPS Priority Mail
  • Delivery in ~1–3 business days
  • Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST usually ship the same day

 

 

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely! You’ll receive a USPS tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Return window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility

  • Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

How to start a return

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale items and gift cards
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
