Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Minikin Mischief! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how our returns & refund policy works.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund, unless otherwise stated for certain products.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
  • With all tags still attached (if applicable).
  • In its original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear (holes, stains, tears, pet hair, odors, etc.) will not be eligible for a full refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at help@minikinmischief.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct size or color exchanges at this time. To get a different size or color, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order online.

6. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased through wholesale or B2B terms, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Shipping & Return Costs

Unless otherwise specified, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at help@minikinmischief.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with the updated date at the top.
