• Item(s) must have been purchased within the last 12 months.

2. Condition Requirements

• ✅ Slight pilling, light wash/wear is okay.
• ❌ No holes, stains, rips, tears, undone stitching, or noticeable damage.

3. Send It Back

Once approved, we’ll make you an offer that includes shipping.
You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label from us.

4. Inspection & Offer

When we receive your item, it will be carefully inspected:

• If the item passes inspection, we’ll confirm the agreed offer.
• If it doesn’t pass inspection, we may extend a reduced offer.
  If you accept, we’ll donate your item to a women’s and children’s shelter.

5. Get Rewarded

• Approved buybacks earn you a 15% discount on your next purchase.
• Payment is released via PayPal after inspection is complete.
